Lufthansa Group Quality Services (LGQS) is a full-service provider of safety and quality management solutions in the aviation industry. Beside various audit programs, LGQS offers training and services worldwide to provide a long-term effect on operational efficiency and performance. LGQS is a rebrand of Aviation Quality Services (AQS), aligning us more closely with the core business of the Lufthansa Group.

Our experience

Founded in 2001 as AQS, we were the world’s first IOSA Audit Organization (AO) accredited by IATA in 2003 to audit international airlines according to the IOSA standard. Subsequently we have excellent knowledge and expertise in auditing international airlines having conducted thousands of aviation audits. From our training portfolio of 30+ training courses, we have trained approximately 15,000 participants

The Lufthansa Group Quality Services’ headquarters are located near Frankfurt International Airport. The headquarters usually serve as a venue for our public training courses in Frankfurt.
Our experts are allocated from our headquarters in Frankfurt and home bases in Hong Kong, Dubai, Johannesburg and Miami.
