The course was very interesing; the facilitator has a lot of experience and knowledge in auditing. The presentation was professional yet relaxed. This course is an eye opener for someone who has limited knowledge about auditing; I learnt a lot of new things.
I liked learning most about hazard identification and risk assessment compliance. The approach of an aviation auditor is different from an ISO auditor. This has changed my follow-up actions after the course. I benefited from the lessons learnt from an aviation accident and learnt how to build and develop a checklist in an 'aviation way'.
